Below are our company policies to ensure a smooth process:

• Shipping Fee Exclusion
  All products uploaded or listed by us exclude shipping fees.
• Bulk Procurement Only
  We cater to business owners by buying and shipping in bulk.
  We do not handle shared or small-quantity orders unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Shipping Methods
  Sea Shipping: Delivery takes 60-72 days after shipment (not after payment).
  Air Cargo: Delivery takes 7-14 days after shipment.
• Shipping Responsibility
  Hind Procurement Services is a procurement brand, not a shipping company.
  If you have a shipping agent or company, provide us with their address after placing your order, and we will deliver your goods to them.
  If you do not have a shipping agent, we work with over live reliable shipping companies and will assign one for your shipment.
  Once goods are delivered to the shipping company and their receipt is confirmed, the shipping company becomes responsible for the goods. However, Hind Procurement Services will continue to monitor the shipment until delivery is completed.
• Delays in Importation
  While rare, delays in importation may occur. If delays happen during sea shipping, we ask for your patience and understanding. Rest assured that we will follow up diligently, and your goods will be delivered.
• Shipping Fee Payment
  If you receive a pickup message from the shipping company, we strongly advise you to pay the shipping fee promptly and collect your goods to avoid issues such as missing or damaged items.
• Complaints and Evidence
  If there are any issues with the quantity or quality of your order upon receipt, please provide video evidence taken while opening the package. This will help us address concerns with the supplier effectively.
