Our role is to help you source, verify, and deliver goods safely to your shipping agent or assigned shipping company. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent procurement process.
Please note that we base in Guangzhou, China and Abeokuta, Nigeria.
1. Shipping Fee Exclusion
All listed product prices exclude shipping fees.
2. Bulk Procurement Only
We operate strictly on bulk purchases. Small or shared orders are not accepted unless stated otherwise.
3. Shipping Methods
- Sea Shipping: 60–72 days after shipment (not after payment)
- Air Cargo: 7–14 days after shipment
4. Procurement Scope
Hind Procurement Services is a procurement brand, not a shipping company. Our responsibility is to:
- Source your goods
- Verify quality and specifications
- Deliver to your shipping agent or an assigned shipping company
5. Shipping Responsibility
Once your goods are delivered to the shipping company and receipt is confirmed, full responsibility transfers to the shipping company. We are not liable for any issues that occur during shipping, including:
- Delays
- Damages
- Losses
- Natural events (fire, flood, accidents, etc.)
Shipping companies typically do not offer refunds, and such matters are outside our control. However, in cases of confirmed loss with evidence, we will assist in following up with the shipping company.
6. Delays in Importation
Delays may occur, especially with sea shipping. We will follow up accordingly and keep you informed until delivery is completed.
7. Shipping Fee Payment
Once notified by the shipping company, ensure you pay your shipping fee promptly and collect your goods to avoid complications such as loss or damage.
8. No Refund Policy
- All payments are final and non-refundable.
- Once payment is made, it is strictly for the procurement of goods.
- Kindly confirm your order before making payment.
- You may change your order, but refunds will not be issued.
9. Complaints & Evidence
All complaints must be supported with clear video evidence recorded while opening the package. This helps us address issues effectively with the supplier.
10. Vehicle Purchase Policy
- Used Cars: No warranty is provided. We ensure proper checks but there’s no warranty.
- New Cars: Covered by manufacturer warranty. Guidance will be provided on how to access support in your country.
